Q: How is CleanEase better than other green cleaning products?
A. Unlike run-of-the-mill green cleaners, CleanEase products were formulated from the ground up to handle the industrial-strength messes and spills that businesses generate every day. CleanEase may be gentle on the Earth, but it's vicious on grime—so vicious, it's guaranteed.

Q: How do you fit so much concentrate in one jar?
A: It’s all about our green technology. Since CleanEase contains no water, it's super- concentrated and takes up less space. There's no need to scoop and measure—just drop in the tablet and add water. It's easy: one tablet, one bottle. (Or sinkful, or bucketful).

Q: How long does it take for a tablet to dissolve?
A: 30-90 seconds, in warm tap water.

Q: Why are some of the products different colors?
A: CleanEase color codes are industry-standard: purple means heavy-duty all-purpose cleaner, green stands for a multi-service and glass cleaner, blue is a special-purpose glass cleaner, and pink identifies products that don't fit easily into the other categories.

Q: Why do the spray bottles I've used to mix and store Clean-Ease have residue on the bottom?
A: This residue is part of the formula that helps the other ingredients in CleanEase dissolve faster—usually within 30-90 seconds. A small amount is normal; if it bothers you, just shake the bottle periodically. It won't affect your sprayer, or the product's cleaning effectiveness.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We process all orders immediately. You'll usually receive your shipment of CleanEase within 10 days.

Q: Is my satisfaction guaranteed?
A: Absolutely. Just return the unused portion of CleanEase to us in the original container, and we’ll promptly issue a full refund.
